Buff is a full-body skin reset studio and ritual-based bodycare line. Our treatments are designed to exfoliate, treat, and hydrate the skin on your body — especially as it matures and changes. Think of it as a facial for everything below the neck, tailored for women in their 30s, 40s, and beyond.
Who is Buff for?
Buff is for anyone looking to improve skin tone, texture, hydration, and glow — especially if you’re noticing changes in your skin due to aging, postpartum recovery, weight fluctuation, or hormonal shifts. We specialize in helping women support their skin’s natural renewal cycle through intentional body rituals.
How often should I get Buffed?
We recommend a Buff treatment every 2–4 weeks, depending on your skin goals and lifestyle. Consistency is key to supporting your skin’s desquamation cycle (natural exfoliation and regeneration). Many of our clients join our Skin Reset Club for monthly and bimonthly maintenance.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SERVICE
How should I prep for my appointment?
- Hydrate the day before and avoid applying lotion/oil to your body the day of your appointment.
- Shave or wax at least 24–48 hours prior (if applicable).
- Avoid retinoids, acids, or scrubs 48 hours before your Buff.
- Wear comfortable, dark, loose-fitting clothing — we’ll provide disposables or strategic draping.
How do I know which product is right for me?

Can I book a Buff while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Absolutely — we offer pregnancy-safe treatments and modify ingredients as needed. Just let us know at booking so we can customize your service for safety and comfort.
Can I get Buffed right after waxing or shaving?
We recommend waiting 24–48 hours after waxing or shaving to allow the skin to calm and minimize sensitivity. You can add waxing services to your Buff treatment — we’ll space them appropriately.
Can I come if I’ve recently had a spray tan?
We recommend waiting until your tan is nearly faded before booking a Buff treatment. Buffing will remove any remaining tan — perfect if you’re prepping for a fresh application. If you’re getting a Buff + Bronze, we’ll time it just right in-studio.
CONTRAINDICATIONS & SAFETY
Who should avoid Buff treatments?
Please let us know if you:
- Are currently using Accutane or Retin-A
- Have open wounds, burns, or sunburn
- Have active skin infections (fungal, bacterial, viral)
- Have severe eczema or psoriasis flare-ups
- Are pregnant and within your first trimester
- Have had recent cosmetic surgery or injectable treatments in the area being treated
- When in doubt, always consult your doctor and reach out to us — we’ll help you find the right service for your needs.
Will I be red or irritated afterward?
Most clients leave with a healthy glow and no visible redness. We use a combination of gentle exfoliants, barrier-repairing hydration, and expert technique to keep skin calm and radiant. If your skin is sensitive or compromised, we’ll adjust the intensity.
AFTERCARE + RESULTS
What should I do after my treatment?
- Avoid hot showers, heavy sweating, or aggressive products for 24 hours.
- Hydrate your skin with our Post-Wrap Balm or any gentle emollient.
- Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic flow.
- Avoid sun exposure and always wear SPF.
- Do not exfoliate again for at least 5–7 days.
How soon will I see results?
You’ll feel the difference immediately: smoother, softer, visibly brighter skin after just one session. For long-term improvement in tone, texture, and hydration — consistency is key.
